The Servant Leadership Coaching process is dynamic and iterative, adapting to the unique needs of each client. It is a collaborative journey that empowers individuals who are willing to change to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

Wayne Rautio, founder and president, has been developing leaders in Christian and secular organizations for over 60 years, 50 of those years were with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). He has a passion for helping church and CEF workers develop as servant leaders, and for creating custom strategies for those leaders to multiply and develop other servant leaders. His approach includes:

He also has a passion for partnering with churches to empower parents in shepherding their families with Biblical principles.

While working with military chaplains in West Germany, he was typically booked 9 months in advance. Also, he and his CEF team in Northern Virginia utilized the principles of servant leadership to grow the ministry to 60 After-School Good News Clubs led by over 300 adult volunteers and over 2,000 children attending clubs weekly. They also had a vibrant, growing summer missions program led by a growing number of student leaders. The volunteers and summer missionaries came from a variety of non-denominational and denominational churches and organizations.
